First Go To The This Pc Icon In Your Computer
SECOND STEP
and right click the this pc icon and go to the properties tab
You can see the property bar in the windows window

Just Know you can find your pc all types of hardware and soft ware (os) description
ex:
- Processor
- Ram
- OS Version
- Windows activate or not
- which one update or service pack install the your pc
- (os version update)
- (os means operating system
- ex: windows,linux, osx, unix)
